Cancellation Policy

Advance Booking: Clients are encouraged to book sessions at least 24 hours in advance to secure their preferred time slot. Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed via email notification, which will include session details and relevant links. Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the session. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy: Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any additional fees. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session will incur a rescheduling fee of 25% of the session cost. Cancellation: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. No Show Policy: If a client does not show up for a scheduled session and no prior notice is given, the session will be deemed forfeited, and no refund will be issued. Waitlist Policy: Joining the Waitlist: If a desired time slot is unavailable, clients can opt to join a waitlist. This will trigger an automatic notification if the slot becomes available. Notification: Clients on the waitlist will receive an email notification and have 12 hours to confirm their interest in the newly available slot. Confirmation: Once a waitlisted slot is confirmed, standard booking terms apply.
