Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: Advance Booking: We recommend booking speaking engagements at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability. Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed through a written agreement, which will detail the event specifications, speaking topic, and any additional requirements. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the speaking fee is required to secure the booking. Full payment is due 72 hours before the speaking event. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy: Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their event up to 72 hours before the scheduled date without incurring additional charges (except for travel and accommodation costs). If rescheduled within 72 hours, a fee equal to 10% of the total speaking fee will apply. Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 10 days before the event will receive a 50% refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit). Cancellations within 10 days of the event are non-refundable. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond control, such as natural disasters or illness, efforts will be made to reschedule the engagement at no extra cost. Waitlist Policy: Joining the Waitlist: If your preferred date is unavailable, you can join our waitlist to be notified as soon as a slot opens. Notification: You will receive notification via email if an earlier date becomes available, with the option to confirm the new booking within 24 hours. Confirmation: Once a waitlist opportunity is confirmed, standard booking terms, including the deposit, will apply.
